JaHanna Martinez, born and raised in NewYork City has had a passion for designing for as long as she can remember. She started pursuing her dreams at the young age of 16.  Working as an assistant to couture designer John Robert Miller, there she learned the technique needed to create flawless ‘one of a kind’ pieces.

Dedicated to her work she continued her dreams attending Parsons School of Design. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design and was awarded the prestigious “Solstiss Lace Award” and with this award was given the privilege to tour Paris and meet the great master’s of lace and embroidery design.

With all this behind her she ventured into the Fashion Industry working with such names as Donna Haag and Victoria’s Secret. After working in the industry for 5 years she decided to start her own company.

Her Spanish and Greek roots inspire her line, which is called “JaHanna Martinez”. Her collection is a mix of flirty, feminine, sexy yet sophisicated looks. Her customer’s age ranges from 20 to 50 years old. Her clothing is designed to be a part of a woman’s lifestyle. You can dress it up or dress it down. It is fashion forward but also timeless, so it can be worn from season to season. There is a passion to what she creates, “it lives”; “it breathes”; “it has movement”.
